My Post-Holiday Wish List

The holiday season is officially over. For the most part, the hectic feeling that comes with it is gone too. I feel like I’ve been prepping wish lists for the holidays for forever! I was super lucky to get awesome gift cards to take care of some of my list. But of course, there’s always something on my list! Here’s my post-holiday wish list!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation

This product has been on my list for soooo long! I was *this* close to grabbing it with my gift card, but I already have so many foundations. I tried to make a responsible decision by grabbing different products. This foundation is full coverage and buildable. It has a mousse texture and  feels weightless on the skin. Or so they claim. I haven’t really found a full coverage foundation that I’ve liked yet. Surprisingly, a lot of the ones I’ve tried were not oil-free. I’ve been such a fan of Tarte lately that I have high hopes for this one. This product just intrigues me so much- I’m dying to try it!

Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Night Serum

Another one that has been on my list forever. It’s so hard for me to click “Checkout” whenever I’m debating grabbing this. It’s a pricey product. Like expensiveeeee. But this product has so many rave reviews. I’ve been looking for a product to erase my acne scars, reduce texture and fine lines. This baby fits the bill on all accounts. If only it wasn’t so expensive! Or if they offered a travel size. There’s a set on Sephora with a mini version of this and another product. But of course, it’s sold out. Might have to bite the bullet if this sucker comes back in stock soon!

Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder in Light

This one is a new product on my list. I’ve been slowly adding to my bronzer collection, but haven’t looked much at contour powders. But I have been looking for cooler/ashier toned powders lately. When KathleenLights mentioned this in a video and then used it in a tutorial, I added this to my list. Of course, it’s another pricey product. It just looks like the perfect shade with the perfect undertone. Perfect for a subtle contour, which is something I’ve been into lately. It blended out so freaking beautifully in her tutorial. I’m hoping he creates different shades in a powder travel duo he has. More affordable and easier to justify!

Ouai Wave Spray

I’ve been researching more hair products lately, mainly because my hair has been boring me lately. I love my cut, but I need new ways to style it! This wave spray from Ouai looks so interesting to me. I’ve heard great things about this brand too. My hair is naturally wavy but I haven’t found a product to keep it nice all day. This spray fascinates me because it doesn’t have salt. So you get the beachy look without using excessive salt in your hair. I was going to grab this when I spent my gift cards, but they were all out. Sigh. Until next time, I guess!

Giorgio Armani Code Pour Femme

Perfume is another thing I rarely talk about. Mainly because my collection is pathetic. The scents I love are so pricey! It makes it hard to justify the purchase if I can grab 2 high end makeup products instead. I got this as one of those annoying samples with a Sephora order. But I freaking LOVE this scent! It’s described as fresh, sexy, and feminine. To see the full list of notes, you can read the full description online. I was mentally prepared to buy this, but they only had the jumbo size in stock. And I did not want to spend $90!

As you can tell, a lot of these items are pricey. Hence why they’re still on my wish list. But they all have interesting features to them so I still want them. Despite the price. What are the products you’re still dying to try even after the holidays? I’d love to hear your post-holiday wish list!
